Green Antistatic SMT Splicing Tape Acrylic Adhesive For SMT Process

M022 Series SMT tapes are designed specifically for Panasonic machines with an intelligent feeder. 

1. Use the splice cutting tool to accurately cut the carrier tapes.

2. Remove the release liner of the splice tape to reveal the adhesive side.

3. Align the cut carrier tapes (cover tape down) with the splice guide placement 

4. Fold over the other strip to the underside of the carrier tape and press firmly

5. Remove the guide placement from joined carrier tapes

6. Remove and discard the clear plastic cover to complete the splice
