DESCRIPTION

M022 Series SMT tapes are designed specifically for Panasonic machines with an intelligent feeder.

The black strip will allow the sensor to detect the splice.

This splice tape is made by our produced glue with superior adhesion.

APPLICATION	ADVANTAGES

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Use the splice cutting tool to accurately cut the carrier tapes.

2. Place the splice tape (face down/Arrow>) on the alignment jig.

3. Remove the release liner of the splice tape to reveal the adhesive side

4. Place the cut carrier tapes (cover tape down) on the splice tape strip.

5. Remove the joined carrier tapes from the alignment jig.

6. Fold over the strips to the underside of the carrier tape and press firmly

7. Remove and discard the clear plastic cover to complete the splice.
