DESCRIPTION

R11 series PTFE mesh belt is made of suspended polytetrafluoroethylene (commonly 

known as plastic king) emulsion as raw material, impregnated with high-performance glass fiber 
cloth. Because of its excellent performance, it is widely used in aviation, papermaking, food,
environmental protection, printing and dyeing, clothing, chemical industry and other fields.

ADVANTAGES

    attachments attached to its surface: paste, resin, paint and almost all sticky substances can be 

    simply removed

3. Chemical corrosion resistance, strong acid, alkali and various organic solvent corrosion
4. Good dimensional stability (elongation coefficient is less than 5%), high strength. It has good 
    mechanical properties
5. Bending fatigue resistance, can be used for smaller wheel diameter
6. Drug resistance, no toxicity. Resistant to almost all pharmaceutical items
7. Air permeability -- air permeability of conveyor belt, reduce heat source consumption, improve 
    drying efficiency

1. Drying machine for non-woven textile, textile printing, silk-printing and dyeing machine;

2. Shrinking machine for garment fabric, high-frequency and UV dryer;

3. Conveyor belt for hot-air dryer, various of food baking, quick-frozen machines;

5. Separating sheet for hardboard production etc.
